If your Mac is worth fixing, we’ll fix it. If it isn’t, we will tell you and advise you on the best replacement Mac if necessary.

Sometimes a problem can be resolved over the telephone. If we can do this and save you the cost of a visit, we are always happy to do so. Please bear in mind, however, that we can only give a limited amount of telephone support.
