Jo Strong
Jo has implemented many cloud based services for local and London businesses. She is highly qualified in the set up and management of GSuite, Box, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and DropBox for business.
Jo is currently supporting the Faber
IT Team on a weekly basis, to enhance their Mac support.
She also works closely with Centra Data Ltd
to support their Mac and Windows based users.
In the current Covid climate Jo has been working closely with Faber to set up and run webinars to allow book launches and interviews to continue during lockdown. She has become well versed in the use of all online conferencing software.
No job too small, Jo has been praised for her patience and understanding. After all what you don't know is always a difficult task.
Josh Poulter
Josh is a highly qualified IT Technician and Data Scientist who conducts most of our repairs and upgrades. Josh is quite new to the company but works to an exceptional standard and has a high level of competence. josh also brings new skills to us in the form of Data Science and Analysis.
Josh is currently studying a Data Science Bootcamp, sponsored by the Department of Education. MacMasters is very excited to have this new skill set onboard. Data science skills are in high demand across various industries, including finance, healthcare, e-commerce, marketing, and more, as organisations increasingly rely on data to drive decision-making and gain a competitive edge.
